Gary Smith
CEO and Founder
Gary is a highly experienced executive. With a strong background in building and maintaining national and international networks.
He's worked for well-known companies such as Business Plaza, Tennent Sponsorship Management, Tennent Consulting and American Express International. He's held senior roles including CEO, Principle Consultant and Director Travel Services Australia.
His extensive qualifications include a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, having previously studied Economics and Management Accounting at Macquarie University. His post MBA education includes Contract Law at Harvard Law School, Economic studies at Harvard University and The University of Oxford, American Capitalism at Cornell University, Aerospace Engineering and Rocket Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), International Law at Université Catholique de Louvain, Intellectual Property Law at The University of Pennsylvania, Media and Entertainment Law at The Law Society of Ireland and more.
Sean Wilson

Sean is an award-winning executive leader. With a strong background in marketing, growing revenue, building operational excellence, and improving return on investment.
Over 20 years’ experience includes leadership roles such as CEO, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, National General Manager Sales & Marketing and National Sales Director. He's also an experienced Company Director and Board Member. He's worked for industry-leading companies such as BetterHR, The Housing Industry Association and Sensis. At Sensis, he led a national team responsible for over 5,000 business, corporate and government advertising accounts. He's also worked as a Senior Advisor to a Member of Parliament and he founded two businesses that he sold for a profit.
HR, IT, sales, marketing, retail, health, construction, advertising, and government are a few of the industries he’s worked in.
Along with his work experience, he's also spent extensive time volunteering to support community organisations.
